  • 1 Medium white onion, diced
  • 3-4 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 Bag of riced cauliflower (about 12 oz)-
  • 1 Head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (or to taste)

Instructions

  • 1. **Cook the base:**- Heat the avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat.- Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
